These guided sessions offer a structured, one-on-one space to explore your inner experience in a calm, controlled way—without pressure, and at your own pace.
What This Is
This is a guided mental process designed to help you reach a deeply relaxed and focused state.
From there, your mind may begin to bring forward:

Symbolic or story-like experiences

Or simply a deep sense of calm
Some people describe this as a regression experience.
Others see it as the mind processing information in a different way.
No specific belief is required.
How a Session Works
Each session is structured and predictable.
1. Preparation
We talk briefly about your goals, concerns, and comfort level.
2. Controlled Relaxation
You are guided into a relaxed state using methods similar to Progressive Muscle Relaxation. This typically takes 20–30 minutes.
3. Guided Process
You are invited to observe whatever comes up—without pressure to perform or “see” anything specific.
4. Return & Discussion
We return to a normal state and talk through anything you want to share.
At all times:

What do you need for the regression session?
